Micro stuttering, lag fifa 16 60fps
Hi guys, I have a problem with fifa 16. Use game polled D3D11 + nvenc H.264. the game runs well (60fps costant , no frame loss ), but sometimes i see micro lag almost imperceptible, that seem to come from the fast movement of the camera.
Streaming I 60 fps constant latency 17-18 display, estimated bandwidth 300 Mbit / s and input latency <1ms.
my host:
i5 4460 (refresh)
8gb ram
gtx960 4gb.

my client:
hp x2 cherry trail 10 inches
asus t100 bay trail 10 inches
lenovo yoga i3 500 4030u, 8gb ram, intel + geforce gt920 hd4600, 14 inches

i'm wired on full gigabit ethernet.

fifa settings are: no limits framerate, v-sync off, resolution 1280x800 (same of the host).
are two weeks I'm going crazy, I tried everything, but the situation remains the same or worsens.
I am sure that the problem depends on the settings of the game and not from steam.
anyone can help me get the correct settings?
thank you in advance

P.S.
SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH

are you running windows 10 on either machine (well I suspect you are on the X2 at least). If so make sure location services is turned off across the board. When it's turned on every so often it will "ping" your internet connection for data about location and that activity causes stuttering in Steam Streaming even sometimes on wired connections. Turning this off fixed my period stutters that would show up every 45-50 seconds in what would otherwise be a perfect optimal (sub 20ms) latency setup. Might not be your issue but worth checking

thanks for the reply . I 've turned off everything. I noticed that the stuttering increase when hosts are on battery. at this point I think it's a Power Connect remote problem

host? your confirugation makes it sound like your host is a desktop? Did you mean client? I can relate my experience. I briefly had an Asus Zenbook with skylake. When plugged in it streamed just fine but when on battery it would as you descriebd have VERY bad microstutter. Mostly noticeable when panning a camera. I went into every single power setting, turned off every battery optimization I could find, looked into all the drivers including the wifi drivers. Despite all that, somewhere, Asus must have some hdiden setting that was effecting either the Wifi signal or the decoding hardware. If I had to guess I would say when on battery they had changed some non-user facing setting that was effecting the Intel Quicksync hardwares functionality. Just a guess but Asus never responded to any of my inquiries. If your seeing stutter that increases on your client (the X2) when not plugged in that sounds just like thet issue I had with the Asus Zenbook.

thanks again for your reply .
I'm sorry I was wrong , I meant client : D
I'm investigating more intensely these days , and I think that the problem is Windows 10. I also tried it with a steam game , pes 2016, and have always stutter . Tonight I install windows 8.1 host and client and see what happens .

it was not o.s The problem. can someone help me? I am desperate. I tried all settings for both the game for both PC. It could be the psu of the host ? not of great quality , even if no streaming games are ok . The motherboard also has pci espress 2.0 while the GTX 960 has pci express 3. the problem may be one of these two components ?
