It's something I came up with to make in home streaming on the host alittle more accessible...streaming the hosts desktop then running the game may work but no guarantee...but at this point you seem to be running out of options as to whats goin on with your pc is probably rare...it's up to you if you want to try it, and if you need help let me know...I don't know what other help I can offer...
nah thats too easy lol, i'd be shocked if it fixed his issue, although that wouldn't explain why it only happens when starting a game from the client forcing it to borderless windowed, yet starting it from the host makes it fullscreen, I suspect theres something wrong with his windows installation, although it may work I doubt it would correct his crossfire issue, maybe reinstall the graphics drivers on the host, make sure there up to date, the odds that its a steam in home streaming issue is very unlikely as well...he'd be a rare case...
Sorry, I'm an idiot. You wrote format and I read defrag :D. Of course formatting is completely fine :). Anyway, I haven't formatted since I installed Windows 10 last August. I'll check out the script you posted.
some support alt+enter, or you need to use in game options/settings
