5.1 Audio only outputting Front Left and Right channels when streaming
It seems that my Steam Streaming Speakers device only outputs the Front Left and Right speakers. My issue is that when I have them set to 5.1, I hear almost everything in the game except the talking.

When I open the Playback device menu in Windows and I do a test on the speakers for 5.1, the left and right speakers work fine, but the center, surround, and subwoofer do not play anything. I set them to Stereo, and I mostly hear the speaking(once I also set the in-game sound to stereo), but it sometimes still doesn't work. Do you guys have any ideas on this? I would like to be able to use my surround sound if possible.

I'm using a Onn 4k box (Askey sti6140d360) that is hooked up to a TCL Roku TV, which is then hooked up to a VIZIO soundbar via ARC. I did test the tv speakers as well with the same results, so It shouldn't be anything with the connection between the tv and the soundbar. I also have an Intel Arc A750, so it's totally possible it's something with those drivers as well but I'm not sold on that. Thank you for any help you are able to provide.

make sure the tv is set to the correct audio format, and it works with other apps/sources
5.1 works when watching Netflix, HBO, Paramount, etc. on the same box
