Remote Play in Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga not work

Me and my girlfriend are trying to play together but when we connect her keyboard and mouse don't work and I control two characters from my PC. One from the keyboard and the other from the controller, what's the problem? why can't she control the character from her PC?

The game was run as administrator

Games generally don't support KBM for player 2. Hell, a ton of games don't support KBM in this scenario at all! So you either need to ♥♥♥♥ around with settings to have her as player 1 and you as player 2, if that's possible at all, or get her a gamepad.

make sure steam input is enabled for the game
thats the only way for steam to pass controllers to the game
