Steam Remote Play doesn't work

We tried with other 2 friends,
everyone tried hosting, we have concluded that today SRP server's are down and doesn't let connect

Remote play seems to be completely broken on Linux. Doesn't matter if it's Wayland or legacy Xorg. The game may or may not start when triggered remotely, but streaming won't be able to connect regardless. When starting the game on the remote machine, again streaming won't be able to connect.
I deeply regret having made Steam remote play such an integral part of my setup.

Last week something happening with steam servers. This is why Remote play cant connect to remote PC...

I keep getting a message "stream wasn't able to be initiated on remote pc". Connecting to my pc through patsec on laptop and re-establishing the connection to the steam link gets it going for a little while before this happens again.

Remote play is a complete joke, and broke my setup. I have a beefy gaming PC, was running Frostpunk just fine at max settings, super smooth experience. I then tried to stream on my Mac, it obviously did not work (dropped after a few seconds), and now, i cannot run Frostpunk anymore on my PC due to incredible low framerate and no responsiveness. So, not only does streaming from one device to the another does NOT work, it also BREAKS your current gaming rig. Good job Steam, it's really unfortunate that i cannot be rude on this forum. You're a joke.
