NAT Acceleration or Traditional QoS
I use inhome streaming over VPN, so it is actually using my providers upload speed to stream to my client computer at another home. (which is 500mbit up and down))
I read somewhere that Traditional QoS can help in improving performance for inhome streaming so I set that up, but right now I also found out that due to traditional QoS, NAT Acceleration can't be on. The problem is, I have a 500mbit connection and when NAT Acceleration is off, I can only get 200mbit max, so my question is:

Does Traditional QoS really improve inhome streaming? Or should I just keep it off and get 500mbit down and upload instead of 200mbit?

Kind regards and many many thanks! :D

You can simply measure it yourself. Turn on the performance monitor on the client and try both settings. See what results in overall better latency.
