First of all: there´s no need in using hamachi locally. Nor does it make sense. Please disable it and try again. In addition, please disable any additional mouse and keybord software and only use generic drivers. If you´re streaming to a device not inside your LAN, please contact that supplier of VPN or whatever software you may be using.

Second: Some games run with elevated permissions and Windows prevents remote input from affecting them, as a security measure. Maybe your game is affected, too. Sorry pal, bad luck.

hamachi makes sense because computers are not on the same network, it's easier to use hamachi than to create vpn so that both computers are on the same network.

It´s can be simply done with NAT. Every Router can do that. No need for VPN that eats bandwidth... and Hamachi is VPN. But as long as you´re OK with that, it´s fine.
