Resident Evil 6 white screen problem(extreme brightness)

whenever I starts the actual game(the moment you can control your character, cutscenes are normal) with my friend in splitscreen,my friend's screen will go super bright like almost all white but you still can see the cursor, and host's screen is normal which is super weird, and if the host opens menu guest's screen will go normal, and so if the host closes menu it will go white again. how do I fix this?

having similar problem in most Direct3D games. Too dark or too bright. From my basic troubleshooting it seems it is the D3D encoder on the host that got screwed on the last update. Streaming desktop or non d3d games seems unaffected to me.
