Poor experience with Steam Remote Play with AMD Radeon GPU

Problem with Steam Remote Play

I use Steam Remote Play (Steam Link app on Android TV) on my Android TV in my living room, connected by Ethernet cable to my router in my room, which is also connected by Ethernet cable to my PC. When making the transmission there are very strong crashes, checking the statistics there are no network problems (or so I think, since being wired, and when doing the tests, it tells me that the connection was successful up to 100mbps), but I see that when those hangs occur, where Capture on 1920x1080 says the fps vary a lot, they drop from 28 and go up to 999, they vary a lot! And this does not happen on my PC, on my PC I see a super fluid, sharp image, without hanging. I have already tried all the possible configurations, and also services such as Parsec (install the apk but the video looked very slow), Rainway (install the apk but it did not work, black screen even with baseline option), and many more that currently I do not remember . Not to mention AMD Link, it works lousy along with all the AMD driver crap. What could be causing these problems? I do not think it is the TV because before I had a different PC (configuration with an NVIDIA graphic) and using Moonlight I achieved an incredible image quality and gaming experience, it was like playing directly on the PC. I want to achieve the same if possible with AMD. I also discard that it is the router, since I restarted it from the factory, and I even tried in LAN mode only and it continues to work in the same way.
