Son saccadé / sound crackling Steam In-Home streaming

Depuis quelques mois, j'ai une TV 4K Android sur laquelle j'ai installé Steam Link App, tout est câblé et je suis fibré, je n'ai aucun souci pour la transmission vidéo c'est nickel, pas de perte, aucun souci pour les inputs, je communique directement avec mon PC pour ça.

Mais j'ai un gros problème de son qui saccade dès que je suis en jeu/vidéo, j'ai essayé de modifier directement les haut-parleurs Steam dans les paramètres de Windows, pour changer la qualité, etc. mais rien n'y fait dès que je sauvegarde ces modifications, plus de son et si je redémarre le streaming tout est écrasé.

Donc j'ai tenté deux trois modifs au niveau de l'application Steam et Steam Link App mais je dois mal m'y prendre, j'ai tout reset mais j'ai toujours le même souci ... :/

But I have a big sound problem that crackling around as soon as I'm in game/video, I tried to change the Steam speakers directly in the Windows settings, to change the quality, etc. but nothing happens as soon as I save these changes, no more sound and if I restart streaming everything is reset.

So I tried two or three changes to the Steam and Steam Link App application but I must be doing it wrong, I have everything reset but I still have the same problem... :/

J'ai ceci dans mon fichier "streaming_log", toutes les secondes :
I have this in my file "streaming_log", every seconds :

CLIENT: Flushing audio, 80 ms queued, 56 ms maximum, delivery delay = 3

Exactly the same issue for me, it's driving me crazy.

I followed what other members suggested in the past, but it doesn't change anything for me:
On the windows computer, go to Sound - Playback devices - Right click property - Advanced - Under Default Format, change the frequency to 24 bit 48000Hz, or 16 bit 48000Hz.

I actually tried manually switching to all the different frequencies (I can choose 20 different ones). I can hear that the sound is slightly different each time, but still stuttering extremely.

Also, my video signal on Steam Link is extremely fluid and I'm connected in ethernet, it's purely an audio issue. Never happened before.
