Steam BPM - Hibernate instead of suspend/shutdown

Is is possible to change the options in big picture for 'suspend system' or 'shutdown system' so that I can put my PC into hibernation mode rather than just sleep or shutdown?

My objective is to use the Steam Link and select 'suspend' which will then hibernate the PC and switch off the link. At the moment when I do this my computer sleeps (lower power mode) rather than hibernates (essentially shutting down but keeping settings in memory) as required.
