Steam Link can not find Host PC
My in-home streaming is enabled, Firewall down, Anti-virus disabled, TAP network adapter from VPN is uninstalled, I have a bunch of WAN network adapters as well so I disabled them but to no avail. Have set Network profile to 'Private' (Windows 10). Input IPv4 address to Steam Link App itself, made sure my PC was discoverable (which it is), connected to the same local network, re-enabled In-Home streaming and had restarted both Steam and PC but still nothing.

So now I'm wondering it might be a problem with my ISP. So my ISP is called PLDT HomeFibr and they supply customers with their own router. I have no idea how much GHz it relays but the Default Gateway configuration is sketchy. Such as Port Forwarding being disabled for customer use. So if anyone had a problem like this before and solved this by changing something in the config, please do let me know. Thanks in advance.

Your ISP has nothinh to do with the issue. IHS is only used locally - unless you try to stream to some other network.

Did you check if your phone was using WiFi or cell service at that time? If not using WiFi, you´re not in the same network. Not sure if you´re talking about the physical link or just the link App, your post is not really plain.

I'm using App one. And my phone had always been on the same network as the Host PC as I never go outside the house with it. It's kind of worrying to hear that it's not a problem with the Gateway config because that was kind of my last resort. But I'm looking forward to other solutions

The port forwarding thing may be the issue. in-home streaming requires two ports to be open. UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive (Game client traffic)
UDP 27015 to 27030 inclusive (Typically Matchmaking and HLTV)
UDP 27031 and 27036 (incoming, for In-Home Streaming)
TCP 27036 and 27037 (incoming, for In-Home Streaming)
UDP 4380
these ports may be blocked by your isp's router. personally, i would ask nicely for them to be opened. but keep in mind, they may charge you for this
