Get rid of the signal icon (yellow antenna circle at the bottom of the screen)

I don't see any settings, but this interferes with a lot of my HUD settings in various games, as it's an overlay through Steam, and only shows up when launching a game through the in-home streaming option. I noticed it just after the update to this service.

I have to either move this, or get rid of it. I understand it shows signal strength or bandwidth or something, but for the love of God get rid of it.

I'm seeing it too as of today. I'm guessing this is a bug in the latest version of the Steam client and that it'll be gone soon.

Well, it's been out for close to 2 weeks now... so... I doubt it's a glitch. It also flashes red/yellow when the signal starts to loose connection.

I also have this icon at the bottom, and it seems to be permanently fixed there, despite having no issues with streaming otherwise. An option to disable this "feature", or at least hide the icon, would be greatly appreciated.

Just chiming in that I also would greatly appreciate a way to disable this particular when I'm using remote play and streaming over a wired connection.

When i use wireless connection it shows the Antena circle, but if i use the Ethernet cable it doesn't show up, so that's one way you can get around it for this version of Steam.
If you don't have an Ethernet input you can get a Ethernet to USB adapter for 10€.
