Report a translation problem
Hence why'd you have to ask the devs to opt in.
I talked to the game devs as they have opted for it and this is a bug and they answered me that this problem is on valve's side so we have to contact them, there is nothing they can do as they have already opted in for it.
I even opened a support ticket to valve support and they still havent answered it.

Every part of it is opt in.
So, ask Sledgehammer or Activision.
Support's job is to help you but not this time it seems..
