that work great over a Console Multi-Player Experience on the Couch...
Type thing... But you know through a PC instead of Console...
If you can't do this with Games outside of STEAM or a specific Game,
there are other ways to do this...
But some of them are more un-safe then others, & then some are
also more Complicated then others...
However, unlike STEAM Remote Play With Friends, these other
Methods will indeed work with any Game you want... o_@
Windows10, has Quick Assist built right into Windows...
Windows10, also has Remote Desktop Connection built right into Windows...
They work 100% the same way that Remote Play With Friends does,
& they've been around for as long as Windows10 has, o_@
Quick Assist Is really simple to use, but it is also unsafe, although it is
probably a heck of a lot better then Remote Play With Friends right now...
However, Remote Desktop Connection is extremely safe, a lot more
configurable then Remote Play With Friends, gives a better experience,
& can also be configured before even starting the Service, but it is also
a bit Complicated to use...
Both of these things can be found under Windows Start Menu,
& listed in the Folder of Windows Accessories...
Another way to go about it, is by trying a website called Team Viewer,
it is a much, much older Program from a long time ago, but I believe
is still around today...
But I dunno if Team Viewer is Safe or Unsafe, you'll have to check
& find out...
Good Luck...

I wish the devs would simply make a launch option or switch to enable this in non-steam games.
You download a game on steam that already supports this feature but you wont play. You remove the files in that folder and replace it with what you actually do wanna play and change the name of the exe file to be the removed game. That way steam thinks you launched the that supports the feature and will instead launch the wanted game with the feature enabled.
In the video it shows how its done with 2 games. In my thread I wrote a better 'guide' of how to do it (with source being the reddit thread).
