When streaming in Windowed mode, Window resets to center of screen
Okay, so here's the setup I'm trying, and I've got a couple of persistent problems that are keeping it from being perfect.

I've got a projector with a large screen (150+"). I've been trying to figure out how to essentially make some games local co-op by streaming in one copy of a game from my office PC and running another copy locally on my media PC. On the host computer, one copy of Steam is being run normally, a second copy of Steam is being run in Sandboxie. The Sandboxie copy is the one streaming in. These are different Steam accounts and each own the games being played. With a USB extender and a the Steam Controller wireless dongle, the player on the streaming machine has no problems controlling their game, because their controller is connected to the streaming PC (thus eliminating the problem of only one active window in Windows). Networking the games is fine, since both games are running on different machines.

Problem number one. When I get both games running, I alt + enter to switch the streaming game to Windowed mode. And here's where the problems happen. The Window cannot be manually adjusted, it matches whatever the resolution of the game is set to. Optimally I'd like to just set the resolution to a 16:9 resolution, and then adjust the window size to take up a fourth of the projector screen.

Is there a way to manually adjust the window size of the streaming window in windowed mode?

Problem number two. We've played around with this, testing, and periodically, the streaming window will just automatically reset to be centered on the screen. This happens often enough that it's too big of a hassle to be able to reliably play (like every 5-10 minutes). If it was a lot less frequent, it wouldn't be a big deal to move the window again.

Why is the window resetting to center, and is there a way to stop it?

So far I've tested this with multiple games, and the problems appear to be consistent no matter what games I'm playing, so I think the issues lie somewhere in steam streaming or maybe sandboxie.

And if anyone asks why we're trying to do this, it's because my wife and I like to play games in the same room, and as it stands now, there's not a great way to do that without having to move computers around. If we can make streaming consistently able to do this, it would let us play a lot bigger variety of games together.
