GUIDE: How to install the game

To fully run Survivor, you will need the following:
1. {LINK REMOVED}Ben1066's fixed binaries (17.6 MB)
2. The complete Half-Life 2: Survivor Ver2.0 Content Dump (torrent)[static.glitchvid.com] (2.7 GB, compressed in 7z format)
3. Pre-2007 Half-Life 2 materials, models, and sounds (source materials.gcf, source models.gcf, and source sounds.gcf in your steamapps directory) (Accessable by downloading Source SDK Base)

To Install Half-Life 2: Survivor:
1. Download Ben1066's fixed binaries
2. Download the full HL2: Survivor content dump
3. Download GCFScape or some other program that can extract files from GCF files
4. Extract the content and the binaries IN THE SAME FOLDER
5. Extract source models.gcf, source materials.gcf and source sounds.gcf into the folder. They should be in:
hl2\models
hl2\materials
hl2\sounds
IMPORTANT: Do NOT overwrite ANY files if it is asked!

After you have finished installing, simply run "HL2Survivor_RunMe.bat" in the game folder to start it up. Press F1/F3 to "insert" a coin and F2 to start the game.
