"You version does not match the servers" Simple fix.

Make sure you have enabled your console. If not then head to Options>Keyboard>Advanced then tick "Enable developer console".
Now for the fix:
1. Right click on the server you wish to join.
2. Copy the IP and port (e.x. 124.254.159.221:27016).
3. Open your console by pressing ` or ~. (It's located above TAB)
4. Type in "connect " and paste the IP and port. (e.x. connect 124.254.159.221:27016)

or you know just let the serverowner fix their game files, so you dont get that error message at all
