I've been playing this for years - there hasn't been an update in a year though. The MC can choose to go totally lesbian, but you'll get lots of men clearly meant as possible partners introduced in the early game, even if you play in the designated "lesbian mode." Also, of the three main female love interests, one has a boyfriend and both her and another of the LIs meet plenty of men in situations that are clearly meant to lead somewhere, even if you opt out.

I played the demo and kind of hard from there to say whether the full game will fulfill that tag's promise. All I can say is there's definitely a female player character protagonist and a secondary female deuteragonist.
