I have not yet played this. As discussed on the front page, it has at least some brief f/f encounters between the male protagonist's collection of wives, but probably mostly for his benefit. There may also be a scene where a female villain rapes a girl.

RPG is definitely male centric even with the male lesbian fantasy scenes
I can easily turn any male centric story in my mind to lesbian centric (like lesbian Tom Cruise in the Mummy)

Description says there can be lesbian-only scenes but that's clearly not the focus of the game and probably not actually meaningful either.
It's... an erotic horror game where you have sex with a mermaid?
If someone actually plays that enough to provide a decent breakdown of what the optional and required sex bits are, it's POSSIBLE it's got enough to count... maybe. No rush though.

I've done pretty much all I can with this game until its append DLC comes out. For F/F content, it's... woefully little since it's an adult RPGMaker game obviously geared towards the male audience. There are lesbian sex scenes, but they're only 2 events in a sea of M/F, monster sex, tentacles, the usual stuff. The sex scenes themselves are also... probably really iffy for certain folks.
There is an NPC with a portrait who is 100% gay for the protagonist. She does give protag Valentine choco in an optional scene that's not too out of the way. Which I'm not counting towards the sexy time.
Sex scene no 1: The only way for you to see her do the nasty with protag is if the NPC becomes drunk and rapes protag at night. How rapey this gets depends entirely on if the protag is still a virgin or how lewd/slutty she gets. The NPC is very sorry and regretful the next morning though. For some reason this event is not covered on the downloadable game guide flow chart.
Sex scene no2: Eh... This one is... Semi spoiler. But it'll happen if you basically pick the queen bitch route. And there are some uncomfortable circumstances surrounding said queen bitch route. Protag does the Jedi mind trick so now the female character involved is her sex slave/toy. The extra sex scene unlocked after this route does not fill me with happiness. While both parties are enjoying this, the whole... mind messing business is pretty iffy imho.
Emotional payoff? Iffy. Towards the end of the game I just wanted the female characters involved to have a nice happy ending. It's bittersweet. I'll just say if you turn on yuri goggles high you can read subtext in one of the endings. Good enough for me, but I'm also the same idiot who dumped 27 hours in an adult RPGMaker game. My views are obviously skewed a bit.
Spoiler for the context ending. I really don't recommend clicking this if you intend to play this game. Protag did the impossible and saved her friend. Said lady now has convenient plot amnesia of forgetting all the terrible bad stuff, but remembers the happier days. She's terribly hurt, but protag is probably going to be by her side taking care of her. Yeah, fuck the other typical male character. He doesn't matter in this route whatsoever.
Stuff I should mention. The game does offer you a lot of choices in terms of how pure/slutty you want the protag to go. It's really extreme in either end. But if you don't want her to get raped by faceless schmucks and monsters, no problem. The game even has big floating h-event icon indicators. It's also stupidly easy in terms of combat since most people just want to see the naughty bits. I'll write a proper review later.

The game page says "female to female" scenes are included but it sounds like the main thrust of the story is het. Haven't played though so I don't know for certain, but the other reviewer doesn't even mention F/F scenes so they may be hard to find.
There's full het prostitution job in mansion (avoidable)
Also there's voyeur het scene in church (avoidable)
and that's pretty much it. The rest of scenes are just "rape on lose" scenarios with lust variations with monster girls.
Honestly idk why anyone thought that it was something like Sakura Dungeon considering that from screenshots it was obvious it would be something like "Meltys Quest".
Not 100% Yuri obviously, but as one of the preview pics shows, it has some Yuri scenes in it, I dunno if it's limited to just that pair though, if someone could verify how much Yuri/Yuri pairings or so forth it has then it would be very much appreciated.
I played this last night, and I think keeping it here in the H-Games is for the best. It is het focused with very occasional asides to lesbian. Towards the end the main character has to get married (for a good ending)...and that is all het.
It is possible to have 2 lesbian encounters, one with the maid Mika (shown in some of the store art) and with another character named Ramona. However, repeated visits with Ramona have magic involved, and turn into futa scenes.

But I don't have a copy and have no idea what the context is. It's a male protagonist game so it's probably not anything meaningful, but I don't know.
so far i can say:
FxF content: wife of MALE PROTAG can be corrupted by demon girl (which seduces nearly everything that moves, but mostly girls), also has scenes with maid of that demon girl, which is openly lesbian (no idea if there'll be actual romance between them)
But there's mostly het/gay scens with male protag (i think 2 scenes at begging are the only unavoidable ones (male protag x his wife and male protag x demon guy/demon girl))
There's a scene where the male protag fantasizes about two girls after one of them says her only romantic experience so far was with the other girl and her prosthesis was involved. It's a couple of lines and not very meaningful. IIRC it also leads straight to male protag sex scene.
