soo i have new pc i cant find any non steam client were works hldj an somebody can give client? btw for steamed works? i was try about year ago not work.

Try using manycam or Virtual Audio Cable. Both allow you to play anything at a high quality over pretty much any game. Anything similar to the two programs will work fine too
