No cars replaced?

Hey! So the mod is installed. I got the Redux Logo ingame, the police system is also working and the other stuff too I think. But only the car replacements aren't there. The Comet should now be a Porsche but it is still a Comet. Other cars also still have the old brands and models. What's going wrong?

Redux never changed car names. I think you had another mod installed for that.
If the handling of the cars is more realistic, it is installed correctly.

If you wish to replace the cars with real life ones, try MegaRealisticCarPack 4.0 by ModCollection
additionally you can look for a patch that changes the names to the real life ones.
You should be able to find it on gta5-mods.com

Thanks a lot! I've seen a video where is told that you also changed the Comet to this one https://youtu.be/zdsXV-pG4_g?t=113 (starting at 1:50 minutes) and I was a bit confused.

that comet in the video used to replace the original comet but that was in the very 1st version of redux, hasn't worked since, I think R* changed the location from where the comet was loaded and redux never implemented that change, the car is still in the redux install but it doesn't load.

For me it loads now, i re-downloaded the mod and installed it new and now I got it. :)
