GTA 5 REDUX v1.2.1 Hotfix (for Patch 1.0.1180.2)

A new update of GTA 5 Redux is out that allows it to work with the latest version of GTA V (1.0.1180.2).


Changelog:
v1.2.1
* lowered pedestrian spawns
* updated gameconfig.xml


Since GTA V received a recent update to 1.0.1180.1, GTA 5 Redux would not work until ScriptHookV is updated. However this has now been resolved and GTA 5 Redux now works again.


Fresh Install:
To install GTA 5 Redux v1.2.1 download the full installer and follow the installation guide.

How to Update an Existing Install
Update ScriptHookV
Download GTA5_REDUX_v1.2.1_hotfix.zip
Install the hotfix thought OpenIV and select the mods folder as usual.

Applied the hotfix. Game still crashes for me (GTA5.exe has stopped working) when loading story mode. I tried original and light reshades, same result. Tried running game in safe mode, no effect.

Rockstar version of the game, not Steam.

Edit: apparently the update.rpf file was not updated in the mods folder for some reason. Game works now. :)

-make sure you have updated your gta5 to the latest version.
-if you know your way around openIV, try replacing the gamconfig.xml from your vanilla game to your mods folder and see if that resolves your issue

for me i will say do the installation all over again. and add the hot fix . don't add the old redux file
