REDUX won't start because of Social Club issue

Hi guys !
There is a big problem with Social Club and Rockstar DRM after i install mod.

I installed the mod exactly following every step so the game runs well after installation, but only for the first time.
After that whenever i run GTA V, Social club keep displaying an error of update servers connection and says error code 201.. so the game can't verify activation of the game and won't launch. I guess that gameconfig.xml file that i replace in update folder .. somehow block social club as it show like it doesn't identify my internet network.

Please help me if you know how to resolve this problem !

you have to replace the gameconfigfile in the mod folder, not the game directory

I tried that didn't help. Also i noticed that most people say to replace gameconfig in both update folders: game folder and mods folder

i got the steam version, so i cant test it, but it seams to be that 201 error code can be fixed by running it as administrator.

im not responsible for any maleware you could catch by downloading any files in that link, since i cant test it.
as soon as im home i run it trough my av, but with that kind of patches, the av give 80% false positives...
and dont replace gameconfig in main directory, i never saw it working before

My version is also steam one.
I tried to install launcher but then i get an error that don't offer me the oportunity to do so.

My internet is working fine, so there must be some limits in configuration files that prevents the game to connect to internet.

..but i guess there's no way to make Redux playable for more than 1 time after clean installation for me. I guess i'll have to stick to original game beacuse of stupid DRM that check internet every time, even when you want to play offline.

it still seems to me like a read-only issue, did you run everything as administrator?

Wow man.. you're my hero !
I fixed it by doing this: Right-click -> Properties on GTA V folder (in steamapps/common folder), and then i observed a mark on read-only option.. so i untick it an allowed to apply it to subfolder content and finally the problem is fixed.
