Cargobob, trevor heist! fails eveytime! thrown under the map

I get on the base and every time I get to the cargobob, no matter how I approach it, as soon as I enter the cargobob the mission fails saying "Trevor abandoned the cargobob". The animation still shows Trevor stepping inside of it but the background looks like I've been thrown under the map very quickly. I can't progress the story further until I do this mission.

can you please help me? i'm making dayli videos and will have to stop. my subscribers are loving it.. i don't want to stop now :/

run openIV, goto update/update.rpf/common/data
drag&drop gameconfig.xml and handling.meta do desktop
enable edit mode (right top toolbar)
goto mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
drag the exported files in there
done

Only way I fixed this is too use world of variety mod from gta 5 mods which change the popcycles etc

the popcycles? as in icecream?
i played the mission without the mod. hope it wont happen again

haha no man popcycles are the file names that control what spawns in the game world as I remember . .install world of variety mod and it will work for you. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/world-of-variety

well i had to play the mission without the mod. did you find anymore bug like this? if not i will pass on the world mod to be consistent with my audience

well, other common issues are that you cant use the internet browser on your phone IG or you that you cant replay missions.

test these two off-screen and let me know

it an old topic but i got a solution without deleting the mods. you should tilt the cargobob. its hard but after a lot of crashing and pushing i managed to get in without failing the mission.
