Also, in response to your question, I honestly believe having a small, active userbase would be far better in terms of "liveliness" than a huge number of people joining just for giveaways. Just tell your friends about this group, post funny/interesting pics regularly and even make some posts on games reviews and strats that you have come up with, comment on what you think imbalances a game and post possible solutions for it (think the new CZ update). And if youre really into it, maybe have a contests to get folks to contribute to the group, give the winner a prize to give incentive like "funniest CS:GO moment" where the member with the funniest picture wins say, 5 matches with your team in CS:GO. Doing so would be much cheaper and more effective than doing 1000$ giveaways. This way people actually interested in the content of the group will start to become members rather than people looking for freebies. Just my two cents.
