Back with some good news this time.

I recently discovered a feature of our server hoster that allows us to roll back to a previous backup of our server's custom files (which includes the database), from a remote system. Our server backs up early every Wednesday morning, so all progress will be lost from then, but I feel like that is a better compromise than losing all of our playtime.

Some things to note:
- Pointshop 2 will still be removed (I think it's time)
- I am not 100% sure this will work
- You WILL lose all accumulated progress from 1/17 and beyond
- I will have to take down the server for maybe an hour or so to do this properly
- Donations WILL stick (you will have to execute a command to reclaim your perks I believe)

Please tell me what you all think of this situation. I WILL be performing the restore this afternoon unless I find a convincing reason not to.

Hello all, today is a sad day. Today marks the removal of Pointshop 2 (PS2) from our server permanently. We ran into problems with the database, and the damage done is irreparable. In addition to this, while troubleshooting for Pointshop 2's damage, we used an integrated feature of Pointshop 2 that did not fix Pointshop 2's problem, but instead removed all of the playtime database. This, unfortunately means that all of your playtime has been reset (I think Hex is the most dissapointed with this).

Yes, we are aware that many people donated for the Pointshop 2 features. All of us here sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, and fully understand if you wish to leave the server because of it. We only ask that you do not encourage others to leave just because of your personal preference.

In compensation to donors, we have upped permissions for both ranks (premium and premium+). Due to financial restrictions set by our hoster, we are unable to offer refunds.

We will work hard in the future to make sure that mistakes like this never happen again. All of us here in the management team sincerely apologize for this incident.

I apologize for the downtime of the forums. We've migrated hosting (yay), which means that the browsing experience for you all should be at least a little bit faster, if not noticeably quicker. I ran into a couple snags along the way, but NFO customer support has shone its lights into the dark world of MyBB, and helped me through it. This shouldn't happen again.

Ah, Prometheus... love it or hate it, it's undoubtedly one of the leading automated donation services in Garry's Mod, and up to this point, donating has been a waiting game (mostly waiting for me to finish sating my unending appetite for pie), and has been inefficient for the supporters as well as the staff. We're soon going to be implementing AUTOMATED DONATIONS! *woot woot*, which means that you get your perks INSTANTLY!!! This also means we'll be able to add some of those juicy microtransactions that I know you all were missing. More updates will follow this one with Prometheus progress. We'll try our best to stick to our goal, and make it custom.

Ooh, also, forgot to add that our website now has SSL support! No longer should you be afraid of using our website or forums, as your data is securely encrypted on both ends. You can tell we feature SSL by seeing the little green padlock on Chrome (not sure what it is on other browsers, they're stinky), and by using the https instead of http prefix when visiting our page.

Hi all! I wanted to start doing this type of update log whenever I add (or remove) things from the server.

+ Added rainbow titles for Premium & Premium+
+ Added UTime support to HUD's
+ Fixed bug with titles that would prevent new players from seeing other players' titles
+ Added a "surprise" map back into the collection (for wintertime celebration)
+ Added 3d-text to the hud for health and armor - tell exactly how much of each a player has now
+ Fixed a bug with the 3d hud, where if a player had too much health the bar would keep going
+ Fixed a bug with conflicting fonts
+ New font for the large "BUILD MODE" text
