cannot run gmpublish error on gmpu

For about a while now i worked on a mod called op pistol which makes you're regular pistol into a killing machine. I recently got gmpu and then got all the files ready and i get this error that says "'/gmpublish.exe"" (in directory ''):CreateProcess error=123, The filename,directory name,or volume label syntax is incorrect.
It is a NIGHTMARE to find out how you fix this and i still can't find any solutions.

I believe there is something called workshopper or something like that.

You may also want to try the software called GMAD. It is for creating, publishing, and updating Gmod Addons. Nice graphical interface, and easy to use.
