Can play on untimed and 100% game. For 'wizard' achievement - anytime after level 23 change mode back to timed go into a level and wait for the 3rd power-up to be available and click on it. This 3rd power-up isn't available in casual mode.
For the bandits (kobold), they shouldn't take anything as long as you have clicked on that item and put it in your queue to do, then you can ignore a lot of them. All that is required is clicking on them once you have built a dwarf tower, there isn't any fighting or anything else for you to do but they do move quickly.
No built in guide or extra lvls. 50 lvls in total.
ACHIEVEMENT TIPS FOR UNTIMED PLAYERS
Turn of ‘high complexity’ in options to play in untimed mode. Achievements will only unlock in timed mode but you can switch modes anytime. Ignore the timer in timed mode in the specific lvls you have to play on timed. Doing it this way does mean you do have to play some lvls twice - once in untimed mode to get your 3 stars and on timed to get certain achievements.
3 stars
Play 16 lvls on untimed to get your 3 stars, then replay lvl 16 on timed (can get zero stars) to get ’15 lvls with 3 stars’ ach & the petroglyph ach. Repeat at 30 lvls and 50 lvls.
Remainder of achievements
Play lvl 16, 21, 34, 40 on timed.
Upgrade car to lvl 3
Click on all 3 power-ups when available
All achievements can be gotten on untimed mode. Most are self-explanatory especially the grind ones, which I put a worker in an upgraded building and left them to auto get an item for me while I went and made myself coffee. Things to note -
- Don't need to get the collectables (puzzle pieces in some levels) but they are located in the built in guide.
-Don't need to do any battleship mini-games
-Do need to do all 'ancient puzzles' which are easy turn cards over memory game. these are all the same kind of memory games.
-Play "bird battles'. This is an arcade game HUGE birds drop down and you have to click on them. Once the timer runs out it's over, you seem to get a score but don't need to get set amount of birds (it didn't say) to 'win'. As these birds are so big and impossible to miss I don't think anyone would have a problem with this. I got it after the second time of doing this puzzle (get 100 birds achievement). Even if you only click 10 birds, and have to replay the puzzle 10 times you'll still get it. It pops after you finish the minigame.
Do need to play the bonus game levels.
A bit obvious but for the replay a level to get better time - in level 1 wait for ages first time before finishing, second time do it bit quicker etc.
Time Lord -
Even though there isn't a timer, pick up the hourglass then it will appear in 'inventory' at top then click on it. If you do this 10 times over the game when the hourglass appears, it still will register for the ach.
Shepherd -
I had to replay part of level 13 as over the normal game I didn't get 10 sheep. It will pop during the level.
For ending achievements I had to go into ingame achievement area (star on main page) for them to trigger.
There are 2 arcade games only one which you have to do for an achievement and one other minigame.
The jousting arcade game. You don't need to win everyone winning 2 out of 3 at each location of them is enough but you do have to do each location. It's a clicker for about 5 seconds click as fast as you can then a picture comes up where you have to click head or body then you 'win'. It's one of those stupid arcade games that requires no thought, strategy or skill. It's quite easy just annoying/boring.
Then there is a battleship game which is really badly executed. Doing this isn't required but helps with the points for the library achievement.
The last arcade game is also clunky for mouse players but easy enough - move into one of 3 lanes trying to get as many feathers as you can. At the end you also get points for this.
You don't get any points for doing the jigsaw puzzle.
If you don't want to keep getting better points on these games for the library ach then you have to get more points by redoing a few levels. The points aren't for time but for how much stuff you have, maybe for all upgrades. It's easy to redo just a pain to grind.
I had to redo a level with fire in it, for the put out fire achievements. I also had to redo level 18 in main game for the piglet achievement (the tent piglets in the CE doesnt count)
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Currently 2 broken achievements (get all bonuses, 60 levels with 3 stars)
Can 100% in untimed mode, all stars are auto. There are 5 arcade games, to get 3 stars on those don't touch anything and let the timer go to zero.
In level map go into "train" to use your stars to 'buy' 8 bonuses (there is one in the window which you may miss).
There is a collectable in all non arcade levels, an owl which you know if you have gotten as in level map the owl will be filled in under the 3 stars. If you miss it popping up from a tree or rock during a level the location is in the guide.
Rewards area are in game achievements but also gives you a progress over some ach ie how many flower gardens you still have to plant.
Least grindy of this series, all other achievements I got by finishing game apart from one "blooming town" (plant 100 gardens). After I had finished the game I only had to play one level with gardens twice.
GENERAL
It's very different to other TMs, I love the story and setting and gameplay is different. You don't even have to pick up any items as after a couple of seconds they will auto go into your inventory.
Very easy on untimed, I don't think I got stuck once and had to restart due to running out of an item I needed to use elsewhere.
45 main lvls 15 CE lvls and some extra bonus lvls (tents). Can get all but one ach on untimed (career minded is very easy as you get on level 1 timed)
I played all levels and by the time I did a handful of mini games I got the ‘lover of luxury’ (fully upgrading the tent) ach. So didn’t need to grind for that one.
You don’t need to do any mini-games for achs although it’s an easier way to get the ‘lover of luxury’ ach as you get points even if you fail a mini-game.
You get the ‘complete every level/gold stars on all levels’ at end of main game not CE levels.
On untimed the sands of time will register for your ach even though the timer isn’t on.
Career minded (improving results 3 times) I couldn’t get to work on untimed on this game although it worked in other game. I got it level 1 on timed then restarted game on untimed once I got the ach.
Unquenchable thirst (drawing manna from wells 50 times)
I got on level 40 drawing water from a different type of well you build in upper right corner 4 or 5 times. Beforehand on many different levels I tried drawing manna from wells 50 times didn’t work.
Treasure Hunter (dig up treasure 25 times)
These are the red crosses you get in a few levels if you don’t have this by end of game level 12 has quite a few (thanks to CSaintD for this info)
Although you can play all this series on untimed, like most others there is a forced timing element to the game. There are 3 levels that have the timing elements like others in the series - if you aren't quick enough with stoking the fire or doing other jobs before you can rescue the people then it's level over. For most though, if you get your strategy right and concentrate on getting hospital up and doctor out and things related to that first then you should be OK.
There is a second kind of timing element to this one though, and it is in a fair few levels. Although ridiculous quick the item (helicopter) cycles through the same places it appears so if you just wait with your cursor you can get them, even in the second after they disappear.
Although I was OK with it, if you had any trouble with any of the others I would recommend avoiding this one and just stick with the others.
There are 50 main levels and 15 bonus levels. I 100% (just play the game they are auto) it after the first level in the bonus area so playing the bonus levels aren't needed if you are just after this for achs.
I will keep this updated. These are just my thoughts. I wrote this and 100% the game before the first major update which has made the game far more playable for free players and will make it far quicker and easier to 100%. One way is sometimes giving free energy after you do a mine/forest filling up your meter so instead of only being able to do 2 highest mine tier (50 energy in total) They sadly have either removed this or it's so rare it doesn't make any practical difference, as week later I've had none playing multiple times every day.
I've removed some obvious differences that no longer apply in the following but some other details might be different now.
FTP M3 meets craft. As you'd expect with this type of FTP there are pop ups but nothing more than what I've experienced before. You can 100% this for free but see notes to help.
Following is more how to 100% "quickly" and for free N.B I got my craft blossom axe achievement when I picked up my craft a diamond pickaxe, it was a glitch as at the time I still hadn't made that yet (as soon as dev reads this, this will be fixed but just a fyi)
At the time of 100%ing game I hadn't gotten the shovel, unlocked much land or even see what all things you could make in the crafting area/almanac. There is still a fair amount to do and see if interested playing past 100%.

ONLY if you see a bluish box with red ribbon (on the odd days it's not there) this is the rare gift which if you get you get an ach, I would use 2 runic for a second chance and even for 3rd box. I find they usually are good what you get as well as having a better chance at getting ach.
Once you get that I suggest keeping it for your tool upgrade or start keeping it at least half way through the game, as your last tool to upgrade it for diamond/blossom mine takes quite a bit of runic to make it strong enough with a 750 coin upgrade. It is very possible that I forgot to coin upgrade my individual tool before I merged thus needing more runic than I should have needed
-Ignore crafting anvils, furnace, buckets etc. I 100% with original/given free by unlocking land. As soon as tool has red put it on anvil to keep time down as waiting for full repair can be 10 ++mins. It will repair a diamond tool just probably take longer than other kind of anvils.
I only had 3 quests in total for ages, I did the make potion quest thinking that was it. It made no difference and I'm still at 3 quests given to me.
Do not merge stars 2 reasons - 1 quest is to sell stars and you can make finer glass with a basic star. I still haven't gotten to see what a fully merged star makes, I had loads and had to sell them.
You can merge HP/coins 3 small storage containers into one medium (no more storage space it stays the same) which saves space but you can't merge 3 medium storage into a large. BUT later on when you get to make next stage storage it takes the one medium you've previously merged to make the new one, so there will be no more space that the new storage container will use up.
You unlock the crafting recipes when you do the quests - that makes you higher in your game level (number in top left screen). Your last lot of recipes that are unlocked are when you get to lvl 21.
3rd bandit (gold star behindish and to left of mine) is a big jump with coins. He wants 2500 coins (bandit 2 was about 400). Next big bandit is to the left of the 3rd mine and wants 5500.
After 100% I suddenly was faced with a lot of 3000-4000 xp land to unlock so for the 1st time xp was empty most of the time. 5000 remains the highest amount it wants (so far) after the 3rd mine but there is a few 4000. It jumps 13000 is the highest so far. Concentrate on the land to upper right as straight on will give you a dead end (pink barricades not telling you what it needs to unlock just over time 'soften up.')

3rd mine you can see the dome, it is accessed to the upper right. You will 1st uncover sandy area where there will be a full 1st tier shovel, also 3/9 artifacts you need to upgrade/make a basic shovel. Mine you will finally get all your sand and trinkets to sell, you'll be coming down with money.
Outside the 3rd mine you will uncover a map table, where if you put the maps you will have from simple to complex maps it will take it. If you do a more complex map it will take it for nearly a day, simple is 10 hrs you will get far more maps than you have time to wait for it It will then show you a 'x' marks the spot where you can dig up a treasure chest. One of the quests will give you a 2nd map table. The high end maps have slown down to a trickle but basic maps you will get from sandy pyramid and event chests.

You can get event boxes in shop tab area when an event is on. Even though it says there are ltd amount I found out in last one, even if you come back daily there, there are new event chests. There are 2 kinds - the money (free in game coins) which is the kind you earn (mostly) in the events. These very rarely will give you a land piece to unlock, they have loads of trinkets for statues.
Of all boxes, best value to spend your runic on, the second kind of event boxes - the pink runic kind by far gives you the best amount of stuff. If you have just unlocked land and need xp, or somehow need money then open your box then or keep it for then. They always have a good amount of pink runic in it, so you get a nice % of pink runic back. Usually 1 or 2 small XP bombs and or a lot of coin boxes. They know your level as I got different stuff this event than last week.
Unlike Battle of the bride all achievements are working. Like most of the other games, to get the 'complete same level 3 times in a row with improving your results each time.' Create a new profile in casual/timed be as slow as you want 1st time on 1st level then improve your results. Create a new profile in untimed mode for all the rest.
Painting puzzles I couldn't get them to finish and get points but I didn't need them for the 'Maharaja' achievement which I got when I finished the last CE bonus level. I also did all the other bonus levels on the main game, along with those puzzles.
I didn't have any other grindy achievements, but did look obviously what was required so did a few extra well runs and other things needed as I went just in case. But think you should be OK with not doing that and get all achs just by playing all levels (as well as doing different things on specific levels.)
Can 100% on untimed but unlike the other games in the series, the minigames, the 3 stars are not auto-given and you have to earn them.
-level - 14B – Blooming gardens achievement play this level twice (you’ll get it early the 2nd time playing it)
-Level 30 – Dream road ach. I replayed this 3 or 4 times. Level 29 does have 3 rail sections but I found it longer to complete.
-Go into in-game achievements to trigger some steam achs
- Need to get all owls (click on most obvious tree or look at in-game guide - they are located there)
- Master detective achievement – A magnifying glass will appear on level map where there are clues to be found. If it is blacked out it means you didn’t get it. In level, the guide will show a magnifying glass where it will be. 3 red exclamation marks will appear over item/ person click on that (when you have interacted with what is needed), as soon as you can. When you get a pop up saying ‘new evidence on board in main menu’ you have everything. Sometimes 3 different magnifying glasses will appear but only 1 place where you can click. There are red exclamation marks over bandits which are different)
- MINIGAMES ACHS – For first time the 3 stars are not auto given, you will need to earn them. You have to complete 5 minigames with 3 stars. There are 5 mini games in main game and one shooter minigame in bonus. At the time of writing the shooter game is giving 3 stars just upon opening. So, you only have to do 4/5 main games minigames. The first three are super easy loads of time left, the 4th and 5th minigames are tight but I had no problems completing those on my first try. While most will get these no problem, if you can’t move consistently fairly quickly you may have problems getting your last 3 stars and thus not being able to 100%.
The minigames in main game are very easy, there is only 1 customer at one time and they ask for 2 vegetables, you have to click the two correct vegetables on your shelves. The individual customers aren’t timed, it’s an overall time you have to complete all orders.
