This add-on is not based on Twister like GMT, it's based in real life time where certain tornadoes can be witnessed ranging EF0 to EF5 tornadoes

Hammer is only related to making maps. When you right click on Garry's Mod then go to launch options, type in "-tools". That's how you get to the particle editor

I want to tell to tell you something. When I was 5 years old, a twister was around are area, and we had to go in our basement for 30 minutes. It hit the next town over. When we got out, it was pouring rain, but we were able to make it back into our house safely. I cannot wait for your mod to be released!!!!
