In that case, The Elder Scrolls is the only game series that I know of that has this feature.
Edit:
Well... Maybe Cubeworld, sort of. You can't really switch between first and third person. When you change from third person to first person you would still see your body, if you jump.
1. Kingdoms of Amalur (Fantasy RPG, third person)
2. Borderlands (action shooter, first person)
3. Half Life (action shooter, first person)
4. Enclave (A medieval fantasy rpg, third person)
5. Cube World (exploring, action, fantasy, rpg, third person/first person)
6. Trove (Fantasy, action, mmorpg, free to play, third person)
Those are the ones I can think of right now. :)
Trove has a furry character, that you can play. It is a fox that can transform into a werewolf, fights with a spear.
In Cubeworld, you can choose between a lizard man and a frog man. :)
Exhilarating 1st & 3rd person (or FURson, dare I say) open-world action RPG that truly gets one's blood pumping due to the sheer excitement this AAA-quality project delivers. Don't be discouraged by the seemingly staggering price tag, for there is plenty of content for even the most demanding gamer. I'm of the mindset that one gets what they pay for and I can wholeheartedly vouch that Hunt and Snare is worth every penny if you're a true fan of furry action games!
I also have heard Gunfire Reborn is good
Vivisection: Beast Within (A janky FPS with tons of semi mechanized furry enemies inspired by Island of Dr Moraeu and the lion guy makes me go uwu)
Biomutant (I AM WAY WAY TOO EXCITED FOR IT!)
You can look at 3D mascot platformers like Legend of Kay, Sly Cooper series, Spyro, Crash. Super Lucky's Tale and many more
Certain hero shooters like Paladins have furry characters I.E Pip, werewolf skin for Viktor, ETC
Action roleplaying games like Omensight and Stories: Path of Destinies if you count top down as thirdperson LUL
Spore (During 2nd phase is all thirdperson action LUL)
Wizardry series because there's selectable beast races
