As usual, CyberConnect2 brings a terrible port with a mess of issues.

Game is capped at 30. Like past games it is tied to animations/speed.

Cannot remove without breaking the game.

Please add it to the list when possible.

You'll get a much higer resolution/framerate running that in Dolphin too. Kinda sad, isn't it.
