What's up with the dino spawns? Empty swamp, carno island, etc. World seems empty. Running an empty server with no critters is pointless. We also notice rocket damage may be a little erratic.

Is there and admin for the PVE ark server? I habe an issue, i built a base and got dinos. then made a tribe and im locked in my base and i cant ride any of the dinos,
