Foca "The Vampire" Group

Hello guys :D
It’s this time of the year again (my birthday was on 12th March) when I organize my own Tournament, called Foca 1v1 Challenge. This is the 3rd edition, and after the success of last year, I’m really looking forward to it. I made sure that there is new content, new features, but also better players! So the competition for 1st place this year is tougher than ever. The event will start on 27 March, and every game will be played in the evening, starting at 19:00 CET (Central European Time). [INTRODUCTION]
Come be a part of Foca 1v1 Challenge 2015 and enjoy a wonderful Dota 2 competition, either as a player or as a viewer! As you guys might have figured out, this will be a 1v1 same hero and only mid type of tournament, so the best players will always rise to the top, no matter what heroes they will play. Ofcourse, there will be many surprises, because after all, its Dota :D. If you want to know more about the players and the tournament format ( which has been reworked ), schedule, and new features, check bellow. If you are playing in Foca 1v1 Challenge 2015, or you will be spectating from in-game client or Twitch, don’t forget to check out the rules, which are pretty much the same as the normal 1v1 Solo Mid mode used at The International 2014.

[FEATURES]

• Each game will be broadcasted by 2-3 commentators with high experience in Dota

• Many players from Competitive scene will be watching the tournament hoping to find new talents
• Game mode will be Same Hero & Only Mid 1v1
• Admin support at any time ( Group Leader )

[SCHEDULE]
Note: Games will start at 19:00 CET (Central European Time) in every day. To see the exact time that the games will start in your country, check http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cet and compare the CET time with your time, so you know the hour difference ( if there is any ). Schedule for each day:

27th March (Friday) -> Group A
28th March (Saturday) -> Group B
29th March (Sunday) -> Group C
30th March (Monday) -> Group D
31th March (Tuesday) -> Second Chance + Knockout ( 2 Quarter-finals )
1st April (Wednesday) -> Knockout ( 2 Quarter-finals ) + Bonus Game
2nd April (Thursday) -> Knockout ( Semi Finals + Grand Final )

[PHASES – Groups&Playoffs]
I. Each group has 4 players. They must play once with each other, so there will be a total of 6 games per group (3 per player). Each win will be awarded with 1 point in the Group Classification. The winner of the group will advance to the Knockout Bracket. The 2nd and 3rd place will go to Second Chance Bracket. The last player in the group will be eliminated.
II. Players that finished the Group Stage in 2nd and 3rd spot will play in Second Chance Bracket. This will be a Best of 1 type of series ( 4 games in total between 8 players ). The winner goes into Knockout Bracket, and the loser gets eliminated.
III. Going into the Knockout Bracket, players will first fight for the win in Quarter-finals. This will be a Best of 3 type of series, and the winner will advance to Semi Finals. The loser gets eliminated.
IV. Next are the Semi Finals in the Knockout Bracket. Players will fight for a place in the Grand Final. This will be a Best of 3 type of series, with the winner going to the Grand Final and the loser going home.
V. Final part of the Tournament is the Grand Final, which will be a Best of 5 type of series. The winner will be the Foca 1v1 Challenge 2015 CHAMPION.

[RULES FOR PLAYERS]
1. Solo Mid 1v1 winner rules apply: the winner is the player that either gets 2 kills on the opponent hero or destroys the mid T1 tower. If one of these things don’t happen in 15 game minutes, the game will be paused and the winner will be the player with the highest GPM at that time.
2. If a hero denies himself or gets killed by Neutrals or Roshan, the death won’t count as a kill for his opponent.
3. Players must make sure that they are online at the exact time and date when their games are scheduled. Failing to arrive in time will result in a loss.
4. If a player is not able to come and play the game at the specific date and hour posted in the [SCHEDULE], the game will be flagged as Forfeit and the player will automatically lose the game.
5. All items that are in the game are allowed (runes are also allowed).
6. Be friendly to other players! Bad behaviours will be punished.
7. Each game will be streamed and must have at least one Broadcaster in the game.
8. Group games are Best of 1, Second Chance games are Best of 1, Knockouts are Best of 3, Grand Final is Best of 5.
9. The hero that will be randomed by the Admin before the match will be the hero that both players will play. The side of each player ( Radiant or Dire ) will be randomed before the game as well.
10. If 2 players are equal on points in the Group Stage, a Tiebreaker game will be played to decide which one will be ahead. Tiebreaker games are Best of 1.
