Chapter 3: The Jamming Reunion

The shutting of the server brought cs activities to a complete halt. The black cat had disappeared into the deepest shade of darkness. The community mourns for the loss of a legend. He was never bothered by that. Because he was never a hero. He’s a silent assassin, a watchful predator, a black cat.

After a year of hiatus, he came back to the scene. Uncertain of what lies ahead, he went into the soccerjam mod, hoping to reminisce what’s left of the past. He soon realised what he was getting into was not what he was hoping for. Yes, the ball was there, albeit a larger one. However the players were no longer the same. Armed with a knife, they no longer look into playing just the ball. Unsure whether to play the ball or go for the massacre, he struggled. Just as he was about to give up, a fairylike miracle happened. Among all the players, some look like a dog chasing after its tail, while others a crazy ♥♥♥♥♥ that enjoys cutting people down, he spotted familiar figures. After all these time, they were still here, right here waiting.

The reunion was fated. They met again in the most unexpected way. They started talking, and soon they were playing together most of the time, with the help of the new steam’s ‘friend’ system. The black cat that once storms, kills, and moves in solidarity, no longer cut a lonely figure. He gained something that day. Friends.

Chapter 4: Pledge Of A Brotherhood

They started playing together. Having already been playing in the server, naturally NesCafe and !c3 were much superior in the game. They were passing, scoring and owning the game. Naturally they took him under their wings and he was learning from them earnestly. It became clear a Master-Disciple relationship was developing. NesCafe and !c3 were the master (sf) and the Black Cat the disciple (td). They would guide him and he would absorb them in lightning pace. Soon, he was capable to be on his own, learning his best position and what he could contribute to the team which were already solid so to speak, which later became what known to the sj community as the deadly trio.

!c3 was the expert defender. He sweeps away whatever ball that comes the gk way. His presence in the box gave the team the assurance to bomb forward without needing to worry about the defence. He wasn’t restricted to just his defensive capabilities. His late runs forward helps to open up play, distribute the ball through channels and prevent opposing team from counter-attacking. He was an all-around player.

NesCafe was the goal machine. He puts whatever ball you throw at him into the net. He dribbles past defenders, he scores from assist, he poaches on loose ball and he rounds the gk, the complete attacker you would want in your team. Afterall, you can’t win a game without scoring, and in that sense, he gets the job done. A mid-term switch to the gk position saw success in his newfound role. Despite the newly acquired skills, his priority remains to be an attacker.

The Black Cat was adept in the defence department, probably due to the foundation he had built during the sm era. His ability to read the game helps to nullified dangerous attack, makes crucial interceptions and starts the counterattack, all so elegantly. However what really caught the eye was his knack for an assist. Surging forward down the wings, putting in laser-guided cross that would ‘dock’ with NesCafe’s head each and every time. His role in midfield was paramount, dictating the pace of the game, ensuring seamless transition between defending and attacking. His intelligence in the game made him one of the all-around star players in the later stage.

With the three, they formed a formidable partnership, playing with style in their deadly triangle formation that changed the whole landscape of the sg sj community with their telepathic one touch fluid quick passing. They terrorised their opponent while others watched in envy. It was like watching an orchestrated harmonized masterpiece played by the great Mozart. Before they realised, they were spending too much time together (cs, ms, gb, kks, ko, l4d, mtt, fifa, etc). It was the dawn of a new brotherhood.

Chapter 5: Nothing Last Forever

This wasn’t meant to be a fairytail, as such there wasn’t a happily ever after. Like all stories, it has to come to an end at some point. He was no average joe, he was the Black Cat. A legend in the cs community. He grew. So much so that he has surpassed his masters. It came to a point where playing with them wasn’t as much fun as playing against them. He needed challenge. He couldn’t care less if he was able to play in a strong team, all he was interested in, was duelling with the best.

With the rise of CS:GO, the population in 1.6 was turning scarce. The shutting of the sj server didn’t help. The sj community no longer have a stable playing ground. Old timers were slowly moving away while new timer could not persevere. The three of them decided to open up their own sj server, but it did not worked out.

Final Chapter: The Black Cat Never Forgive, Never Forget

Despite the calamity, their brotherhood stayed true. It was only until in 2010, for undisclosed reasons, a cold war broke out that threatened to break their brotherhood. It lasted for a while, but eventually they made up. However time may heal all injuries, but the scars remained. True to that, a second cold war broke out in 2011 for undisclosed reasons again. He felt betrayed. This time there was no turning back. The 8 years long brotherhood, ended their affinity in 2011. The Black Cat went into hiatus again.

Epilogue: LEGEND IS BACK

Prologue: The XIII is born.

Within 3 years in the scene, he became a legend in the competitive mode. Conquering every single sg server from big to small, from de_dust to de_rats. Peaking at the top in such a short span saw no opponents left that could match his skills. Famously known as the Symbol of Ominous: The Black Cat, he roams in darkness and pray on the unwary. Mercilessly, he disseminate them in an instant. The No.13 was born. With all these achievement and fame, it was all written in the stars...
He knew that there was nothing left for him to stay. He retired and lived on with a hidden identity.

Chapter 1: The Change of A New Era

After he retired from competitive mode, He seek to look for new challenges. He came upon a very strange server sm_streetcourt and decided to take a look. Never did he knew, it was a completely world of CS that was unknown to him. There was absolutely no firearm in this server. All there were was a round little ball being kick around. He tried it for the first time and failed miserably. He struggled but didn't quit. He ran around cluelessly in the map. He has always been a gifted boy. He was born with the ability to grasp and excel in things at a speed that was unparalleled. By this time, he did not realise that he already have had eyes fixed on him and was labelled 'the future'. A month into playing, he was already touted as the 'next big thing' in the soccer mod world.

Chapter 2: When Legend Meets Legends

The two person that change his whole life in the soccer mod were NesCafe and !c3. They were the first two that saw the potential in him and claimed that he was their 'future', the one to inherit them. They started playing together and could often connect with each other so effortlessly and beautifully. He was always asked to cover the team as a defender and sometimes as a sweeper ♥♥♥ goalkeeper when the situation ask for it. He eventually builds up an impenetrable defence that was second to none. He progressively started to picked up more advance skills as time goes by, skills such as stepovers, ball on head, D24, brake, etc. However good time doesn't stays long. The server went down, everything was gone as there wasn't any friend list in cs at that time yet, all contacts were lost.
