As for transformations, the way they currently work is a flat addition. Keep in mind the following numbers may change when we get closer to release, or we may even change the idea of a flat addition, but here we go:
Using Goku as our example, you start with a base PL of 750,000. When you reach 1,750,000 you can transform in to a SSJ. This transformation adds 1,250,000 bringing your initial SSJ PL to 3,000,000.
Saying you eventually got your base PL to 3,000,000 and transformed into SSJ again, you're still only going to get the 1,250,000 extra, bringing you to 4,250,000. All transformations will work on this "flat" system, as a way to aid those with fewer transformations in keeping up with other characters with more.
