Last I heard Matrix Games had the rights/code for EFS, don't know if they still do, they never did anything with it. You might want to contract them (Erik Rutins at matrix game) to see if they are interested in what your doing.

I got it working, EFS install and all the Mod files were read only, some were not being over writen.

I try again to night to try and document the issues/messages I get when I reinstall the mod tonight.

I tried both Li Halan and another, looks like missing files? Is there a new EFS.exe file, I didn't see one?

I deleted my EFS folder and reinstalled 3 times but, no luck so far.

Does Emperor Wars have a new EFS.exe file with an AI that tries to win?

I posted else where but, so far I've been unable to get Emperor Wars 3.5 to work?

I really liked EFS but, after talking to one of the developers, he told me the AI was never designed to win a game. In fact the AI will just keep spaming units unit the game crashes (memory error) if a game go on too long.

Do any of the current mods have a new EFS.exe file that address this issue?

Anyone get this to work?

1. Installed EFS 1.4 - game works
2. Installed EFS Realility Mod 1.5 - game works
3. Installed Emperor Wars Mod 3.5 - game crashes after pressing end of turn?

It also looks like the unit graphic Emperor Wars Mod don't match, I see ship icons for some ground troops.
