Thanks for that. I have already tested the Chrome Plugins. What i want to add to my plugin is a but more than only showing prices. But the price calculation is a key function. I do not know whether d2l is giving those informations, but i am rather interested in detailed implementation or at least the basic idea in how they call the steam market and parse the prices.

i would like to know how d2l is retrieving item prices from the community market. I want to develop a little firefox plugin which needs to check the current market prices of items and this would be a huge help for me.

Exactly this is what i am trying to say. You can not expect users to think the way the developers do. Especially when you have a case which tends to be misunderstood like this one!

It is very dificult for the SYSTEM to track this kind of items, the time of response will be way to bigger and whit the amount of users here is very hard to implement.

I dont think so. Since they need to keep track about the items anyways. They do not need to track all the different gems, just if the system sees an item with a gem inside save it with this information "Item + Gem Inside". Whenever the user bets this item you will just get: "Warning you are betting Item with a Gem". It is really easy...

Of course not. But if there are that many cases happening, you kinda have to realize that people do not understand the bet system the way you (as a developer, admin etc) do. As a more experient user and a developer myself i already knew that the items returned do not have to be the exact same i traded with the bot. The Text on the d2l Site confirmed this.
There are just 2 options with handling this issue:
1) just ignoring all those cases and say "it is the users fault, screw them"
OR
2) Improving the service you provide to actually help the users, which to be honest should not be that much of a technical effort.

You just said nobody bothers to read and your solution is to make text?

Well he has a point tbh. A lot of users wont care about such technical issues, and to be fair: why should they? The system at its current state let you easily assume that you will receive the exact same item back in your returns. So having a little warning is totally legit for a lot of users. You could also make the warning text with an "do not show me again" option.

That is why i trade my ~0.1 rares for 2 CP only! Worked fine so far.
