How to do a trade offer with non-friends
Hey guys not sure if this has been answered already but need some help on creating steam offers, i have no idea how to start an offer with non-friend users... any help or advice or a point in the right direction as to how???

To trade with non-friend users you need their Steam Trade URL.

On dota2lounge, if they've put it up, you can see a 'Steam offer' button in the bottom right corner of their trades.
Outside of the site, they'll have to show their Steam Trade URL somewhere. Like them posting the link on their profile...

If you find the URL, click it and it leads to a trade window. And you send the offer. If they haven't put up the link anywhere, you can't trade.
