Dawn of Man Console Beta group

This group is intended to gather feedback for the Dawn of Man Console Version.

The console version is now playable in the form of a PC beta build, available on Steam.

This will obviously have some differences with the real final PS4/XboxOne version (achievements, trophies and other features that require the actual console won't work), but the controls and UI are identical.

Please give us feedback in this group, we also have a bug tracker[madrugaworks.com] to report bugs.

Requirements

- You need to own the Steam version of the game. (Please don't purchase the game to play this version only as we will remove it once the beta is over).
- You need an Xbox One pad connected to your PC (PS4, Xbox 360 and other pads might work too).


Downloading the build

- In your Steam library, right click on Dawn of Man and select "properties"
- In the betas tab, enter the password "consolebranch" (without the quotes) and click "check code"
- Select the "console" branch from the drop down
- You can revert back to the normal PC build by selecting "default" in the drop down


Important Notes

- Your PC savegames and progression won't be visible from the Console build, but don't worry, once you revert to the default branch they will reappear.
- Mouse and keyboard controls don't work at all in this version, you need to navigate the menus using the pad.
