ORP2 - Passive dinos

Greeting Survivors!

After chatting about it with the admins for a while and then putting it to a vote[strawpoll.com]. We decided to go ahead and prevent passive dinos from taking damage if you are offline since the majority wanted it.

Please leave feedback regarding this setting in the Discord or somewhere in the Steam Group.

The Scorched Earth server is now up and clustered with our Island server! You can connect via the link below or by using the ip: 144.217.224.19:8290

Everything is transferable to and from the maps. The only thing you will NOT be allowed to transfer is Wyverns, which will stay on Scorched Earth. Please read the rules to familiarize yourself with the updated rule.

We have moved to a faster server!

All of your progress will be on the new server IP. You will not lose ANYTHING. You should be abke to find the server just by searching for it again. But if you can not find it i will post the IP below. HUGE shoutout to Ed for working all last night on this.
