How i can update Server Valheim to new version?

How do I enable GOTV in game to be able to record demos? I tried ticking "enable GOTV" but it didn't do anything. when I type tv_record 1 it doesn't work and meets me with the message GOTV[0] Is not enabled or something among those lines.

Why is each map only 5 minutes and why cant I change it? Not even with RCON? Why cant I see the community maps I added on the Website in !admin > Server Settings > Choose Map? Why can I add a Workshop collection but even if I do, the next map will always be de_dust 2? Can I get some help please?
