Team Birdmen, a 100% community-driven TF2 group

Welcome to Team Birdmen!

We're just a small passionate group of the TF2 community. For any queries or questions, please use the forums which we regually check. We also aim for this group to have a pug team, so there may be the odd annoucement here and there. If you aren't sure of how to join a pug or what to do in one, read the thread in the discussions tab. If you're part of this upcoming group, we highly suggest inviting all of your friends to it as well. The more the merrier!
As the group gets larger, we will be holding milestone raffles and events, with the item value getting higher as we go and we have already raffled an unusual through our YouTube channel - who wouldn't want to win a free unusual?

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I want to apologise for the lack of activity in the past year. All us admins have been extremely busy for the past few months and haven’t had time to be on Steam let alone TBM. I don’t want to use this as an excuse; I just want you guys to understand we haven’t forgotten about all 347 of you. :)

We are also looking for new people to help admin this group – if anyone is interested, please contact Deon or I.

The next two topics tie in well together – our new YouTube channel and community activities. As many of you may know, Deon has a successful TF2 YouTube channel close to 50k views – if you haven’t watched his videos, I highly recommend you do. Recently, he has started a new account where he will be posting all his future videos, some live-comms and other assorted random stuff. He and I will also be using the channel to announce, discuss and host events on TBM, so if you want to be an active of this community, we recommend you subscribe to the new channel to keep up to date with happenings as well as Deon’s videos if you are into TF2. This group will also be used to help get the new channel off the ground, so if you see YouTube
videos being put on the group, this is why.

I have received messages about the Inner-TBM game as well – we haven’t forgotten and are still working on it. Our main issue is that we can’t find a server to host it on – if anyone can help us with this, pleased comment below or add one of us admins. I’ll post a new announcement or upload a YouTube video when we get past this hurdle.

Again, thank you to all of you who have remained part of this group while we have been gone – there will be a winter raffle coming soon for all of you.

Though I don't think I'm an admin anymore, I feel it's my duty to post this. Wilddeonpwn, and I founded this group a while back, and now, the original Wildeonpwn account was hijacked and trade banned, meaning Wilddeonpwn made a new account, because of his trading prowess, and left behind his Scorching Batter's Helm and Green Energy Furious Fukamiigasa, and Lime collection. He will soon get premium again and I implore you, to give anything you dont want anymore to him, whether it's an uncraftable weapon or an unusual, any donations would be much appreciated. Especially because his birthday is on the 15th of January, which is very soon. Please give any unwanted or not needed items to him when he gets premium again, which I will post into the comments, as I will be the one funding his upgrade. Y'know, this group is increasing quite nicely, even if it is in the 100's. I say that if things keep up at this pace, we should start looking for small competitions to enter in, starting some time in the beginning of next year.
