Spawn protection should be removed

It makes it harder to kill spawncampers since it reduces damage both ways and on some maps it also allows snipers to camp from spawn where they are very difficult to kill.

I plan to change it HP regen instead of damage resistance. But yes, on some maps it can help certain classes to get an advance that we didn't think of at the time.
