Untradable / unavailable items

Q: Why are some items Unavailable for trading?
A: We do not trade these items, because if we process such trades our accounts would be full of cheap and low-grade skins, and we will no longer have unique items.

So my M9 Bayonet Autotronic FT is a cheap item or why is it unavailable? Or my Tec 9 fuel injector stat. is untradable too why?

Trading currency comes from community market.
if people sell it at a diffrent price, from one skin to next one, is hard to get a fair currency.
if a skin sells with 20 - 30 € / $ from one to next of his kind, is hard to update the value to a fair one.
