This is a really awesome site!
They're just starting up, no point getting salty. I have got my items back twice now when they didn't come through, THEY SORT THE PROBLEM OUT. Just give them time, it's not an easy job... He can't be giving everyone their skins back 24/7 when it's just him running the site and support half of the time.

Just wait.
