Didn't get coins for deposit item? Read here.

So you have deposited item(-s) and didn't received any coins? Well, first of all ask yourself - "Did I read the warnings?". Because we have this warning before depositing items:

Are you sure you have Steam Mobile Authenticator and trades confirmation enabled on your account for 7 days? Those who have not, will not receive any coins as to their items will be on held for 72 hours. Canceling the trade offer will give you a 7 day trade ban. You will not get any coins if your trade will be placed on hold

that means that when you deposited the items you had to agreed with this rule. So if your trade is/was on hold you don't have any chance to get coins. So that means that if you will create a thread and will complain about lost coins while depositing and I will find out that your trade was/is on hold - the thread will be locked/deleted without any further information and you will be banned in this forum.

So if you have lost your skins because of your own fault when you agreed with the term but didn't read it - you can't complain about it.

And others, who lost their skins but didn't received any coins, create a thread with as more details as it possible and I will review it :)

Hello i put my Basilisk skin and i accept on my mobile no trade hold no nothing and i dont recive my coins. I have proof not my fault.

Hello! I deposited a m4a4 evil daimyo and didnt get coins and i didnt get my item back so i need to know, are u stealing from me or are you just a bad site? Can i have my item back? It stands denied but it wasnt denied. The trade offer id is: 932385853 and the secret code is: 6ZNhYEoJ
I tried to do a deposit 1 time before this with the same gun but it didnt work and i got my item back so then i tried again and i didnt get my item back or the coins so i wonder again, are you stealing or is this a bad site or am im the problem here? Can i have my item back. It is worth much for me and i cant redeem money in steam so i need it. It was on trade hold but the trade hold has already gone out now. HELP ME!!!

Hello. I just deposited a ST AK 47 Elite Build WW and didn't get any coins for it. I was supposed to get 1820 coins for it but I didn't get any. I have had mobile authentication app for 3 weeks. Please help!

ok so i deposited a skin and it was put on trade hold if i canceled it i couldnt trade for 7 days and i was supposed to trade a knife so i couldnt cancel it so please reply cause im new to the website
