Help! Steam wallet stolen

I have not used steam for almost a week now. Somehow there is a purchase made through my account at steam community market. what do i do ?.

The same thing just happened to me.

I was playing CS 2 very quietly, until I saw my empty wallet (I had almost 50 dollars, with which I was going to buy the FC 25)

The hacker bought 4 Dota 2 items, a game I never played

same here, hacker bought Dota 2 item and no email alert/confirmation at all. anyone know to solve/refund it?

this happened to me and steam pretty much said to bad so sad and they wont give the money back

me too. dota2 too. They sold my inventory and then transferred my money by buying Dota 2 accessories. I feel like we've met the same one. Will he change the account password? I'm a bit worried about my game...

same for me... i was very stupid and clicked on a link from a you tube video.. that added someone tas a firend.. i realised something was fishy and removed him.. however.. a I now discoverd I have zero money left in my accound and a bunch of purcheses made while i was offline.. i reported that accont, butyt now i see an unknown device authorised... it hijecked my authentificator? I don't know and i cannot find a place to report it!!!! it's like steam does not care and makes it as hard as possible to report frauds

i made a steam support request as soon as i foudn out they got back to me and they said they were not going to do anything

today is September 25, my account was hijacked like this. I had more than a 100$ in wallet, then my account was logged in an overseas location, I'm from the Philippines, but my account was logged in at Finland, bought a cheap item sold by the perp for all the money in my wallet. What's CRAZY is you need to confirm on your app if someone logs in from another device or browser... for some reason they bypassed that app confirmation.

This modus is getting out of hand. I hope steam app patches up soon.

I hope steam app also confirms purchases via steam wallet as an additional control on account funds. I think we got hit by the same bad guy.

Steam support is no help in steam wallet concerns. SAD
