Item sold - no money received

hi,
so today i sold an ak wasteland rebel fn (skin from csgo) in the community market. my market history tells me that i should have received 78,27 Euros, but i didn't. so i basically lost an item worth 78,27 Euros and didn't get anything for that (item also not in my inventory). i contacted the support but i didn't get any reply. does anyone know how to help me? i've been using the community market for years now, and never had such an issue. i really need to get this money back! :(

Early this morning, a problem with our currency exchange rate data allowed users who use Indonesian Rupiahs in their Steam wallet to make purchases on the Community Market at heavily discounted prices. We have reverted as many of these purchases as possible. Steam Trading and the Community Market were both disabled while this rollback process was occurring, but are now enabled once again.

A relatively small set of users have one or more transactions where the item was restored back to the seller, but the wallet funds have not yet been returned to the buyer. We are still working to resolve this issue and appreciate your patience while we sort everything out.

Users using codes to add Indonesian Rupiahs to their Steam Wallets may have noticed that the wrong amount was added. These credits will be fixed later today.

I also have the same issue. I sold a StatTrack Flip Knife Urban Masked FT to an indonesian buyer for $61.80 USD. I have not received the money for the sale, and the sale has not been rolled back.

Actually I stand corrected. I launched the game, clicked on the new inventory items button, and it showed up there, and once confirmed there, now it appears in my inventory again.

You must clear saw on Trade floor what value is properly displayed on mathematics map. Maybe you have money but not that price what you pop up first. Check it value when go to auction every 15min.

Yeah, I had the same problem as well, had sold a case and didn't receive my money. not too worried about it as it wasn't worth much but, I am sceptical to sell more items at the community market as the same problem would occur with a item worth a lot of value. Just sent a request to steam in hope they'd help. Appreciate it

Ok ..sorry for early joke

I have 13 000 market transactions at my account ..that means +2000 transactions in a year, didn't happend to me, to don't get money for items sold

Is a rare case If happends, U can contact Steam support, maybe they will investigate your problem 👍

There is also trading sites who allow to sell or buy items, but look what fee % they take from your price, before U sell

Make sure U don't sell to individuals who add U random
Some payment methods allow to ask refund, after they pay for your item and have it, they ask refund in next second, money returns to his account, and also have your item ( U got scammed )
