Its been like that for me since yesterday, anyone else having that issue?

Yes i'm having the same issue. Although i've only been aware of it today.

sometimes it happens for like 10 min, but it comes back. Now its been like this for a long time, every time i refresh the page it shows the same error

It'll just resolve itself with time as Steam server issues do. Still disconcerting though when it happens for this long.

Oh having just checked it again it is now working for me. Having not been working since just before 4pm this afternoon. Atleast that's when i became aware of the issue.

So if yours isn't as of now it'll just be time before it does.
